In July 2020, Asian Legal Business (ALB) featured its first ever Malaysia Rising Stars 2020 recipients, highlighting young lawyers who are “making great strides in Malaysia’s legal industry”. The firm’s partner, Natalie Ooi, is included in the inaugural list.

Natalie Ooi believes in the importance of being both assertive and collaborative as a lawyer. A balance between the two means having the ability to stand up for one’s own opinion and make themselves heard, while communicating effectively with and
